Ive pretty much given it up for all its just not worth it to me anymore. I go a little but nothing like once did. Not knocking anyone that does but the cost to hunt in clubs has and will go higher to the point i just go one and done out of state if i want.

It’s a early sneak peek for current lease holders. Yeah and i still say it's complete bullshit, a feller can't even get em a lease unless he gets a heads up from a lease holder and by then it's already been cherry picked through (or they want fir themselves) and the stuff leftover is Garbage. But Oh well, be the 2nd year of no deer hunting for me & can't say i even miss it lol. Not sure what has created this issue but Lease property in south AL has gotten extremely difficult to come by over the last few yrs.. Wasnt long ago a fella could find property on just about any timber co website this time of the yr.. The last Rayonier Tract I leased in 2019 had been vacant for 3 yrs prior.. Dont think we'll ever see those days again. Folks are leasing site unseen now. Crazy times hamma i remember counting the days for leases to come up to have a peek at but now (several years not sure how long becausei oncewas a lease holder) but Weyerhaeuser sends a list to lease holders first so they’ll call a frien of a frien (of course if they're not interested) and it never hits the site unless it's crap (usually) Sounds like you need a friend that is a current Weyerhaeuser lease holder. And cook him some of that really good food or give him a turkey hunt or something. There is always a way!

Poorcountrypreacher, what about the bottom three? I don't see but 2 left, one in Choctaw is 678 acres for $9434 and the one in Washington is 218 and $3326 Does your view show Oregon? It shows a map of USA, but there are no leases in Oregon. Still a bunch in MS in LA, but only 1 left in AL.
