Boho and I have been kickin' it in the kitchen this week. We've been focusing on protein, but still eating some carbs and veggies. Like Mr. Miyagi says, "Danielsan, you must have balance..."

I've got 3 friends now that have bought Baby Kamados because of my food posts.

Looks great but those two small pieces wouldn't have made it in the house if I was cooking, I would have eaten them right off the grill!

Can you share your marinade recipe? Your Italian dressing/ lemon pepper is a staple around here

Temu. It was $109 with shipping. It's very nice quality too.

I'm going to try smoking my first pork roast this week sometime and see how it does. I need to figure out some sort of heat deflector solution for it first though.

I'll get Boho to post it when she gets up and get her coffee. She's usually the marinade person.

Mine's 13". I just thought this was too good a deal to pass up which is why I got it on Temu. I didn't know if it was going to work or be some total piece of crap so I didn't want to invest a bunch of money in it.

It looks and cooks like it costs 3 times as much as I spent.
