We recently had a really young kid start working with us. Somewhere in his 20’s. They have put him with me to train him, plus he will one day be my replacement. I wouldn’t say it to him but I can only imagine what kind of labor crews he will be dealing with in 10 years. Retirement can’t get here fast enough.

I bet moles are pretty good eatin.....they just feed on bugs dont they?? My ass ain't eating a mole. They eat bugs and worms so maybe they taste like fish? lol Caught 25 today:)

The hardest part about labor crews today is keeping a cell phone out of their hands and the worker passing a drug test. I do appreciate the ones who quit when notified they will be drug tested and save the company money on a positive. Some workers can stand all day in one place scrolling through their phone. Throw in a half way good looking girl and the troubles really begin when the men want in on her and the jealousy threatens your profits. I’ve seen some men work themselves to death trying to do everything they can to keep the sweet thing from having to lift a finger. Then when the wife at home finds out, it really gets ugly.
Just my $0.02 worth. Seen all the above happen!

My son was laying pipe and his "helper" wasn't helping and after calling to him a few times, my son crawled out of the box, took the phone from the guy and locked it in his truck lol. Once the big guy showed up and the boy ratted him out the boss-man told him next time it happens hope he locks it up again lol.
