The new 6.8 Sig military rifle is hard to handle and heavy. I’m assuming that’s why the military has been looking into the hyper velocity 5.56. The NAS3 5.56 cases are annealed and not reloadable yet. But for military applications it work wells. The lighter weights makes for more room to carry more ammo. https://www.wearethemighty.com/tact...ervelocity-rifle-will-kill-sig-m7-rifle/ I’m reloading the 9mms but will admit after 10-15 reloads they’re becoming a pain. I’ve reloaded some cases well over 30 times and zero failures. For reloading the brass is just easier for now. I’m assuming the dies have taken some abuse where as the carbide dies for the brass just keep rocking. NAS3 is making more variety in calibers but their 5.56 is hard to come by. Took several months to get mine in. They load up easily and nicely. So far impressed but not shooting them a lot since I’m loading those with Barnes 70 grain TSX. Not exactly plinking rounds lol
