Hard to beat SKB’s or a Pelican.

I've seen pelican off brands at harbor freight, sturdy built.

Love a good hunting story, love my family and friends. Some people you can't, but acted like do.

I’ve used a Pelican on several out of state trips with great success. You can put a lot of stuff in one for sure.

Just make sure your bow is unloaded when stowed in the case. That caused the TSA agent in Bham consternation when I flew to AZ for an elk hunt. I opened the case for her and she looked at it hard for a few seconds, then asked me if it was unloaded and proceeded to put an Orangish-Reddish sticker on it that said "Unloaded" or "Unloaded Firearm". Instead of correcting her, I just let is slide knowing it made no difference in the flight and I would be able to share with Aldeer for years to come.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

This is what I use. Mainly for turkey hunting, but have flown my bow with it. Get the biggest case you can. You are paying for a checked bag, so put your foam in the bottom and cram the rest of it full of clothes/gear/etc, up to 50lbs.

I’ve been using a SKB for several years and have been very pleased. As Atoler said, get a big one and back clothes, boots, and other gear in it too.
