I really
want to believe the Killdozer legend...everyone loves a good underdog story...but it kinda breaks down when you look at the actual details.
The only somewhat-real complaint he had was how expensive it was going to be to tie into the city's sewer system, but...
1. documents show he knew that would be a requirement before he ever bought the property in the early 90's. He bought it anyway, then chose to
not do it and instead use a homemade system that dumped raw sewage into a creek that went through other folks' property.
2. the concrete company that he kept backing out on, who ended up buying a neighboring property instead, actually offered to provide him with a FREE sewage easement and tie into
their system once constructed, if he'd just drop the multiple frivolous lawsuits against them....apparently he literally hung up on them and refused.
