Don’t be ruining a good story with no facts!! 😂 I really want to believe the Killdozer legend...everyone loves a good underdog story...but it kinda breaks down when you look at the actual details. The only somewhat-real complaint he had was how expensive it was going to be to tie into the city's sewer system, but... 1. documents show he knew that would be a requirement before he ever bought the property in the early 90's. He bought it anyway, then chose to not do it and instead use a homemade system that dumped raw sewage into a creek that went through other folks' property. 2. the concrete company that he kept backing out on, who ended up buying a neighboring property instead, actually offered to provide him with a FREE sewage easement and tie into their system once constructed, if he'd just drop the multiple frivolous lawsuits against them....apparently he literally hung up on them and refused. So they pulled a democrat trick on him and he called them out on it.
