You guys can argue about it but this legislation is going nowhere. Red states will enact/uphold stringent voting laws, swing states will all depend on who is in power at the time, and blue states will let anyone with a pulse vote. Just how it’s going to be. If the Republicans can’t find the ability to pass legislation that is supported by 3/4 of the population while they have the house, judiciary, and presidency, then there is no point in hoping for change.
I think a pulse is optional.
