Do you even realize how dumb it sounds for you people to say a married woman would need to get a birth certificate that matches her ID? You ever heard of a birth certificate with a woman’s married name on it? A birth certificate documents a person’s birth, not their marriage. Geez.

I was more inferring that it would get kicked back because they don’t match. Yes it is ridiculous to think you’d get your BC altered but what if they don’t accept your marriage license.

And when is the last time most of you needed to show your marriage license? Once you’ve changed your name, bought a house, and maybe needed it for work benefits it probably got stuffed away. You might not even realize it’s lost until it’s too late, and it all costs money to replace.

All to fix a problem that doesn’t even really exist. Even Morman locked conservative Utah said this was a non issue. Real voter fraud will happen with tampered machines, and ballots forged in a backroom. Especially with ICE reportedly at polls, immigrants won’t go near it.
