Went to the Aburn game. Still perplexed about the
seemingly snafu on Bingaman's slide into 2nd
base. Ump calls him out, Bingaman motions for
coachs to challenge the call, which they do.
After a long wait, head ump comes out and said
the call was reversed and the runner was safe.
Nothing else was mentioned, but they walk up
to Bingamin and tell him he's out. Bingaman leaves
field even after called safe.
From everybody's view on big screen he was
safe.
Didn't matter in the long run, but all the people
near me thought he was safe along with me.
What was said.on TV?

The ump said safe but meant to say out. The video replay was inconclusive and not enough evidence to overturn the out call made in the field.

That kind of makes sense. Don't know why it wasn't
announced. Big screen gave a good view of it, and
ump was not in position to make call.

What was said.on TV? The commentators were perplexed too. They thought it was clear he was safe. The only explanation they could offer was that it was too close to overturn and when the Ump announced he was safe he just misspoke. It did produce the funny camera shot of the night. While the crowd was booing what was going on the camera zoomed in on a pretty blond soccer mom sitting with her 10 years old or so son. The son joins the crowd and yells something about the call and the mom gets this look of horror on her face and quickly, like only a mother can, slaps her hand over the kids mouth in a move so swift I'm surprised even the cameras caught it..
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I was just trying to tell the guy - he had a great season and great career. Making a super is huge - hosting is huge deal - means u done great and your rewarded by playing at home. And hosting the regional is a big deal
AU had toughest schedule in nation and was not a close race. Played top five GT twice and all the hardest sec - played nebraska and other top teams. Won something like 6 straight series and that was all against top 12 teams basically🤣🤣
Hey - lose a game - lets fire him!! 🤣🤣 granted it was milwalki 🤣🤣 - but all kinds of major carnage happened this year with great teams losing to nobodies! Lot of top seeds gone!!
AU so worn out - i really like the rebs in our super but i think au is bettr. Rebs had lot more rest - we played ton of games in few days - one game was in middle of night and not even an hour after their previous games 🤣🤣 thats stupid set up!
