I already have an electric Master built smoker, but I've always been curious about the Pellet Grills.

Bought a Z Grill last week, and gonna try it for the first time today. Doing a Ham. I did the Burn-in process yesterday, so it's good to go.

Anyone else use a Pellet Smoker? During the Burn-in yesterday it kicked out a lot of smoke. Looking forward to seeing how good it works.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

That's what I like about them. Set it up, and walk away.

I bought some King Hawaiian Rolls and made a Sammich. Turned out damn good with some tater salad. Gonna definitely cook again.

Looks good. I've never done a pre-cooked ham on the smoker.

Tell us about that glaze.

Good deal. I've used a recipe for a glaze that was made with all that plus a fruit juice like pineapple, apple or even orange. You had to bring it all to a boil before brushing it on to dissolve the brown sugar and achieve the glaze affect.
