I have 400 acres about 12 miles from Brent/Centreville off HWY 5 in north Perry County. asking $20 an acre. 100 acres 22 year old pine, 100 acres12 year old pine, 60 acres old hardwood bottom, 100 acres 6 year old pine, 40 acres thick scrub.
