And thats why i highly recommend pex,just put in a ball valve every time you need to splice and move on, you can get as complicated as you want, but quality pex, like municipex, dont give a dang, it is infinitely easier to fix than pvc, and frost penetration has less of an effect due to the hdpe having a much greater ability to expand and contract than PVC(poly vinyl chloride)..under pressure…pvc can split from end to end..where as pex rarely ever gets more than a pin hole if it does develop a leak, usually pex only leaks in spliced areas, like a bad crimp or something just not getting a good seal..it will be whoever does its error..unlike pvc..just being a hateful unforgiving piece of crap.
