The way gas prices have fluctuated nonstop. It’s been speculative at best. I’ve watched daily the same stations change diesel and gas prices with swings as big as .30 but usually 10-15 cents a gallon. That in oneself says it’s not contextual but speculative. One station owner knew exactly who had what prices for most of the shoals.
