Agree with a above to takes effort to keep in touch with ex coworkers/friends. I have a group of retired teachers who get together once a month for coffee/breakfast. Nice to set down and get caught up and BS

Since we've been back from the beach last Monday night, we have: Had dinner with friends, went to some other friend's house and had cocktails, hor dourves and cigars. and today we are having two other couples over for BBQ, cocktails and conversation.
You need to keep a robust friend's group. We are social animals. We need the company of others It helps keep everything real.
