Browning AB2 Stainless Stalker in 270WSM? It's not quiet a Whetherby Mag but it's pretty good.

Browning AB2 Stainless Stalker in 270WSM? It's not quiet a Whetherby Mag but it's pretty good. Appreciate it! But i got a great deal on a Sako A7 Tecomate edition 270wsm topped with a Zeiss victory divari 3-12×56 last year at a Pawn Shop 🙂 Stainless stalker was definitely on my radar then, but my Son just happened to come across that one

A feller that did some dozer work for me several years ago had a Lazermark in 270wby. That was one of the prettiest guns I’ve ever held. I don’t know what bullets he was loading, but that thing killed like lightning. I shot a few does with it to help out a landowner we were working on. That’s my only experience with a 270wby, but I’ve kept my eye out for one just like it for years.

Had one bought new back in the 90’s from that outdoors store on 31s in athens. A mark v if i remember correctly. Packed a punch and killed several deer with it. When ammo got to $4/rnd, i had to let it go. Hate i did it now.
The harder I practice, the luckier I get.
