It is a cool concept with the handle but a little fatty. Tastes delicious. I rubbed with Cowboy Butter dry seasoning and tried the reverse sear method on my gas Weber. Never had a Tomahawk ribeye before but Costco had one over 2 pounds for $39 versus $75 Brown Tulip ranch wanted for under 2 pounds. Digging in now. Happy.

Looks awesome!

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Dang that was good. At least for $39 for Prime beef. Got to love Costco. They even have my pimento cheese $4 cheaper than Walmart. Got leftovers. No way I would pay $75 to a local ranch for a smaller Tomahawk than what I got at Costco. Seems like a lot of the fat melts in the searing process. Either way it was delicious.

Costco Prime is the bomb. Try the top sirloins, but prime only.
Thank me later.

Look good. Wish they still had the choice $1.99 LB brisket like several years ago.

Love the Sam’s tomahawks we get one everytime we go. It’s the highlight of the trip for me.

Prime anything will spoil you. I didn't realize I was eating what the peasants eat until Irish got us some Prime filets and realized royalty hit different!

Yeah it’s amazing how much better prime is than choice. And it’s only a couple dollars more a pound.

Here a tip, their top sirloins are about 2.5” thick. Wife and I split one, I cut them lengthwise so you end up with 2-1+” steaks. 6 minutes on the grill and it’s a perfect medium to a little medium rare.
