Would be a lot less work to do either of the following
Hand feeding that thing sounds like a burden
Take the $3,000 you’ll spend on that chipper and pay a forestry mulcher to mow everything down and then just maintain it with a Bush Hog.
Or
Stack the brush and burn it.
