Some of the water valley properties butts up to mine. They killed some good deer this year. Four of the big shooter bucks they killed came off of my property. It’s not a guarantee hunt but if the weather is right and it’s that time of the year you have a good chance to be successful. If you want a guaranteed hunt for about 2500 or so go to Texas. My brother runs a ranch out there for a guy and guides hunts. You can go out there for 3-4 days and come home with a damn nice deer Me and a buddy are going out to your brother’s place this fall, seems like a legit setup. Looking forward to it. You will be hooked for sure. You will be a different person coming back to hunt Alabama. Maybe I’ll be out there with y’all. It’s definitely a good time
