I shot those for a little while, they were way to brittle for me and would break if I hit anything in a target. I’ve gone through multiple different brands but I only use Victory arrows now. I love the RIP TKO but that’s a 5 mm arrow. If you want to stay in a 4 mm arrow and not move your rest , try the VAP TKO. I’m not sure what spine arrow you are shooting so I can’t tell you about the gpi, if there’s a difference

I hunt with the Gold Tip Airstrikes. I started shooting the Victory V-Tac 23’s for competition a few months back. The tolerances on them is insane and they shoot great for me. They are also very tough. I Robin Hooded one at 40 yards and like to have never got the two arrows separated so I could save one of them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use a Victory model for hunting. ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/T20wT4rh/IMG-8627.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/BnQ2qFLb/IMG-8628.jpg)

Gold Tip Hunter and Hunter XT arrows have been killing bucks for me for over a couple decades with no issues. Durable, accurate, and all at a good price. I usually will kill 2 or 3 bucks with the same arrow.

I quit shooting pigs with my bow. Sick of getting arrows broken.

But they are tough critters.

Its really due to shot angle being up 20-25' and shooting them at like 15 yards - they stick in the ground on the exit side and they aren't all the way thru the body of the pig and they snap them when they run has been the way the last few scenarios have played out.
Im shooting 150gr Magnus Stingers with front and rear inserts. Fear no shoulder blade or quartering to shot on a buck either. My max range is 35yd on a deer...

IMO, Easton and Victory arrows have a big advantage for using a continuous weave method instead of having a seam on the arrow that can change spine depending on orientation. I like to support Easton for being made in the USA, and I've had great luck with their 4mm axis and 5.0. The 5.0 is great for speed and accuracy, the 4.0 axis does all the same but is built like an absolute tank. Victory stuff seems to be top quality as well, has good support and accessory options at a little lower price but they're made overseas.
