what the heck is up with the "I Voted" stickers? The folks handing them out seem to get genuinely offended if you refuse them....do they get paid on commission or something?
Dude yesterday asked me if I wanted one as he was already trying to hand it to me. I said no thanks. He said "aww c'mon, you don't want a sticker?" After I said no thanks a 2nd time, he tried to hand it to GomerJr (14) who also said no thanks. Guy seemed genuinely confused and a little hurt that we wouldn't take the dump sticker.

I was PISSED that Tubby knew he was a shew in for the R's. He spent zero money on marketing, that I've seen. Clearly being a household name means something! And his opponent, McFeeter, who is a Libertarian in a Republican suit, didn't mudsling but sued him for not meeting the requirements for a Gubernatorial candidate but somehow they did not stick. And besides that, McFeeter really sounds like he would have been a great candidate and not a Rhino politician. Fresh blood is needed in our state from top to bottom and 70 something year olds are NOT fresh blood! Sorry guys, I'm old too and I can say that. We voted for as many decent candidates as we saw fit. This is the first time we've ever done this much extensive research... IF a majority had done as much as we had, things would look different today. I’m just being honest here… I don’t have the margin to put time and effort into it. If I felt like it would make a difference for me and my family who was elected in a primary I would make room for it but I don’t feel like it matters. They are all the same in my opinion. At least we tried... I'm not giving up on the process that our Founding Fathers put into place long ago. We didn't think that Trump had a chance in 2016 against Killary. Boho and I voted anyway. If Killary had gotten elected back then we really would have had something to bitch about on ALDeer.

She actually deals with a lot of politics and usually has a good pulse on things. This go around she didn’t.
There were things she liked and some things she didn’t in each one.

I felt VERY safe at my polling place yesterday…. I checked in with the lady at the front, got my ballot, looked for a place to sit and mark my ballot……. And who did I see guarding the voting machine??? Our very own Roadkill! 😎 Seriously. He was working as a volunteer poll worker.
Great seeing you again Glenn! Appreciate you volunteering to ensure everything at our place stayed legit (no dead folks voted that I saw). 👍👍

The wife and I did a fair amount of research before voting. Helps that she's lived in cullman for 35yrs and knows practically everyone. I bet she knows the POS democrat Site Mgr that I worked under at RSA for over 12 years. He well known to the democrat politicians in Cullman. And he's a slimy bastard.
