Depends on the definition and degree of research . I'm the inspector at precinct 14 , in Jackson Co. I notice how many pull out a sample ballot or hand written notes. Maybe some only vote a few races and have it in their heads . I don't vote on all myself , only those I know or have researched. As far as doing minimal research I'd guess , maybe 25% . I try to figure who's the slowest path to Socialism. It's encouraging to hear that other folks are at least doing some research.
