With the wife's help I cut my stitches out last Friday and went for a follow up appt yesterday. On day 19: Still a good bit of soreness running 1/2 way down my forearm. Barely some soreness from the Carpal tunnel but a lot from the Ulnar tunnel. Feels like some wrist movement limitations from the carpal (just real tight). Incisions seemed to heal pretty well. He gave me a cortisone shot to help speed it up but says give it 2 more weeks and see how it does. Thumb is still numb. I am able to get back In the weight room doing selective things. This week will tell a lot. I have had to drop to some lighter weight on a few exercises but I'm just happy to be back lifting. As of Today if you asked if I'm ready to do the left arm it would be a heck no! It's gonna have to get worse before I consider it.
P.S. And yes Skinny the play dough woulda helped.
