I didn't. You're assuming I did. Maybe I could have worded it better though. "While" does not necessarily imply either/or.
But those that are sucking the government tit would indeed be paying even less of their share if they are not having tax charged on their grocery bill, which is already paid with their EBT cards.
I agree, MM. I also don't like doing away with the sales tax on the basis of it being the only way we get tax money out of illegals who get paid in cash.
