Very believable. Lots of bears in the panhandle.

Lots of bears on the coast and up in the mountains of Alabama. My buddy and I were out in front of my cabin a few weeks ago and we were talking to a conservation officer. He told us that some of them are pushing for an Alabama bear season. There all over the mountain up near Little River where we live.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I'm wondering why there isn't a limited draw season in some areas. Talked with a buddy today who has a cabin in East Tennessee. Said he saw 20 bears last time he was up there.

Have a really close friend that's a warden in Cherokee County. He's been pushing for a bear season for years. Half his calls are bear related.

Love a good hunting story, love my family and friends. Some people you can't, but acted like do.

I know a man with a place at Mentone/Desoto who had literally thousands of pictures of bears at his corn feeder. a couple of years ago.
Somebody sent me a picture of one 2 weeks ago supposedly taken at Gorgas, in Walker County. I couldn't trace the picture down, so I'm not certain it's real, but it wouldn't surprise me.

I was dove hunting some public spots north of Milton, FL when I was living down there in flight school. Heard a guy hootin' and hollerin' and see him come running out of the pines. About 10 seconds later a black bear came loping out of the wood line, looked around, and went back the way it came from. Guy said that bear could have the damn cooler of beer!

Sad that the governments gone so woke that they would let these take over. People will die, trash cans will be a constant battle, kids cant play in the woods, all for some animal we can go look at in the zoo.

Bears are assholes. We take the bird feeders down early April, every deer feeder is connected to long T-posts driven almost to ground level, and the lids are chained on. Still have to pop one occasionally with rubber slugs.

I think they are all democrats who believe in wealth redistribution.

Not sure if he covers Cleburne too but the bears are there too. Know some guys there that have pictures regularly and have seen sign on my small tract out there.

A limited draw would be a good option for those areas in north AL. Allow baiting or use of dogs but one bear per tag. Just knock ‘em back a bit before they become real problems. For south AL, y’all seem to have em worse. Maybe just let them be a one per year bag limit down there.
