We had about 35 6.2 f250 an 350 in texas.. i cant remember any of them ever having any real issues besides being very..very thirsty..we regularly put 125-175k miles on them without having any real issues..they were very reliable. Fuel mileage absolutely sucked..with around 12-15mpg on the highway..tad less pokin around and i swear if you pulled a lawnmower with it itd get about 8-9 mpg..less if you pulled something very big.. they were not power houses either.. they did fine..but the powerstrokes we had would turn them inside out.. so no comparison there..i know they are discontinued..but low mileage trucks are out there..an id rather have one of them than any other 3/4 or 1 ton gas burner made in the last 15 years.
