I had mine replaced 2 times now on my Tundra, at a local tire store. I have/had one toyota one,all the rest were aftermarket. The price you quoted was about what I paid.
Alot of the time you can find OEM online much cheaper. I think they are useful. Mine let me know I had a leak in a tire on the way to see my parents a couple years ago. I stopped at a gas station, which was way better than getting stranded.
Be sure to get your spare sensor replaced too. I always hate it when my spare is low, such a pita!!
