I bought the 5 Toyota OEM TPMS sensors off eBay ($52.00), and then bought the Autel TS508WF-P Maxi TPMS Diagnostic Service Tool ($161.00) which after watching some YouTube videos was known to work for my wife's vehicle, a 2008 Lexus GX 470.

Broke the tires down with a 4x4 block and skid steed bucket, enough to take the old out and put the new ones in.
Wrote down the old TPMS sensor's numbers down that were in the tires, and the new numbers going in the tires.

Followed directions of the Autel.
If I remember correctly, I had to do the programing process twice, as the first time, I did something out of sequence.

Now I can change the TPMS sensors in my other vehicles, as well- Toyotas.


Not sure if the Autel unit I have, would work for your Jeep though??

I'm thinking of going a similar route getting the bluetooth OBDII thing and the app, because the app and the bluetooth OBDII things will do other stuff too.
