I was fixing to say the same thing. I strongly believe that demons come in all shapes and sizes. I’ve dealt with people in my career I truly believe were demons. Especially the young female that was drinking whiskey, smoking cigarettes and laughing because that 16 year old kid place a shotgun in his mouth and squeezed the trigger. The kid had mental issues and till this day I believe she threw his meds away and convinced him to do it. I never could prove it but I’ll go to my grave believing it. There have been several others but the stories are long. All pretty much had the same behavior.

I worked on a 16yo boy in the hood who did the same thing. He told the hooker he loved her. She laughed at him and he killed himself. And she laughed through that too.

I've worked on a 8yo boy who's mother backed the car over him on purpose because he was standing behind it begging her to not leave. She jumped out of the vehicle, left it running and on top of the kid, muffler burning the hell out of him. She jumped out and ran because the neighbors who witnessed her yell she was gonna run over him then saw her do it went after her to take justice into their own hands. She also had put him in the dryer and turned it on in an earlier incident.

Now, I'm not saying those folks were demons. But Satan damned sure had a hold of their souls. I don't think it requires a demon possession to do evil. There's no shortage of satanic hearts in the world. All willing to do evil on a moments notice.

Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
