Bankhead lake fishing is great not as many people on the water. We've got a place on lay i haven't been there in a year

My second choice, probably Conecuh River, just north of Gantt lake.
The reason why? Cause they’re both down here in Gods country.

Guntersville in my opinion. I like the crappie fishing in the winter. The bass fishing is great also. The boat traffic can be horrible on the weekends but if you are retired fish during the week

Tough question. Probably Lay due to the diversity and proximity to other lakes but my favorite to fish is Jordan during the winter and Smith right now. Then there’s the salt running through my veins as well.

I live 5 miles from Kowaliga on Martin. About 14 miles to the Coosa river (Wetumpka park) and upstream about 6 miles is where the Tallapoosa and Coosa come together to form the Alabama.

I would say Guntersville or Wedowee for me...Wedowee is a beautiful lake....I can remember when they backed it up it was the same year I graduated high school...Used to put in on the old hwy 48....

After fishing and hunting so many spots in Alabama and Florida I wish I could name one. A good rv would probably be my choice until I could decide. Maybe multiple private lots all over places that interest me.
