My Weyerhaeuser lease in Escambia county has went up to $11.68 for 4K acres. It was $8.50 2 years ago when SA Timberland owned it. And yes, Weyerhaeuser makes you pay for food plots. $120 per acre and you have to GPS them and send to Weyerhaeuser and they send you a metal tag to put at the plot if you want to protect it from herbicide spraying or planting. IMO, this is one of the most unreasonable things to ask of someone leasing your land to hunt. Man Id tell them to pound sand for thar stupid garbage. Id save my money and go on a hunt somewhere before I gave them aholes a dime
