Pick up the phone and call someone you love. Go visit them. You just don't know when time runs out. If I could turn back time, I would have made some more phone calls to my dad.
Sorry to hear about your dad, mine had a similar slow decline and it sucks watching them slowly fade. I'll be praying for you and your family.
Years ago, as he was aging, my dad would call me every day and say 'I just wanted to call and say hey while I still can', the reality of what he was saying didn't set in good until it was too late.
