The physics required for alien life (if it existed) to reach here, due to space and time, are mind blowing. Many of the distant stars that are viewed through the high tech scopes like Hubble, no longer exist, because the light that brings us the image proceeds the actual star by many millions of years.
It's cramps my brain Unless... After millions of year of civilization they have figured out a way to overcome physics as we underdeveloped humans understand it.
