People in general have never been more gullible than they are right now, despite having more information than they ever have. It's weird........I feel like we (the general public, as a whole) are simultaneously more gullible than ever, AND more skeptical than ever (because of AI). I know those 2 things sound mutually exclusive, but somehow we've gotten there I totally understand that. I think in some part it is because lots of folks want something to believe in because they don't know what to do if they don't have a "side" to take so to speak. But, I am in the skeptic category with lots of things now. Heck, I know what I read that is posted as supposed news, and locally, if there is an article about a vehicle accident, then I tend to believe that, but there are so many other things I just read and consider it as a "maybe" with regard to being truthful.
