Evening gents, what’s the going rate to have a .5 acre property surveyed now days? Thinking about building a shop behind the house, and after looking at the county gis map satellite view, I may have a little more room to work with than I originally thought. You can’t rely on those overlays. They can be BAD off. You’ll have to go by the deed description. No way to price a survey except asking one who does it. They can vary on pricing a good bit so throwing out a going rate may not be any use.
