My post wasn't to suggest that there were any "Good guys." I'm trying to keep this about the warfighting, innovation on the battlefield, and it's implications on how future wars will be fought and how it may reshape Russia and Europe in the future.

I'm trying to keep the politics out of the discussion, but that seems to be all anyone on here cares about.

People on here all say they hate politicians, but that's all we seem to talk about.

I understand what you’re saying and I was just pointing out that this is happening because of corruption on both sides
Without a doubt the face of warfare has been changed forever with drone technology
Drones are now being flown like the old Tow missiles that had an attached ultralight wire to fly it directly to the target
The only way to stop them is to shoot them down because jamming them won’t work and they can fly for miles like this

Thanks for the reply. I agree about the corruption, but Hell... Find me a government in the World that ain't corrupt. grin

I saw a picture the other day of some little village in one of the hotly contested areas. it was taken in the morning with dew on everything and the sunlight glistening off of it. It looked like thousands of giant spider webs draped over the entire village and it was all those little wires that control drones.

It was like this huge explanation of what's going on there summed up in just one picture. Crazy...
