I had 12ac of very mature pines clear cut and 12ac of young pines thinned. I did not make enough to buy a tractor and barely enough to replant, but I improved my property considerably for wildlife which was my goal, so I count it as a win. I'm replanting the clear cut in Long Leaf. You can’t get anyone to even entertain 24 acres here regardless of what is on it. You’re very blessed.
