Doing that very thing right now. We did a Summertown 30x40, and framed in a 9x10 bathroom. I have about $26k in the building installed, including all materials and slab, and less than $10k for finishing it off. It's insulated. We're doing a mini split and 100" ceiling fan. Should be done later this week. We're going to hang out there while our home is being built, breaking ground on that 5/15. Did Summertown do all the construction? Summertown did the building, slab, doors and windows. We are doing the bathroom, plumbing and electrical.
