My understanding from the outside looking in Brazil and other countries are driving our pulpwood and other wood pricing in the ground like they did steel when US and Birmingham steel almost went out of business and probably did to some degree due to no import restrictions. Plus the housing demand is overall low right now, interest rates still high, and housing prices are still high.
