Yes. Seems to be the way a lot of them are done now and should give a higher sheer strength than attaching posts to the slab directly.
Have some new neighbors that built a barndo as their main residence. I was surprised they poured the slab after the exterior posts and walls were framed up. It’s a nice looking home/barn, assuming this is more of a standard practice nowadays.
