That dumbass probably went with what he thought was the largest size available…#9’s. Did you guys hear the news say about 20 times that the pistol ammo was “HOLLOW POINTS!!!!!” Like that was a big deal. If he had buckshot then I think the smallest size is #4 so not sure there is a #9 buckshot?? I'm pretty sure he's implying the shooter was dumb and thought that #9's was bigger than buckshot because of the larger number.
