If you decide on Tundra, do NOT buy a used ‘22, ‘23 or early build ‘24. As stated above, fit and finish (quality control) are abysmal, by Toyota standards and my upper trim model is a rattle trap inside the cab. Yes, they can be done by you or somebody else, with detailed documentation and receipts to keep warranty in tact, but it’ll be questioned heavily and gone through with a fine toothed comb.
It is fun to drive, but I don’t trust it and Toyota is slow-walking most recall remedies with no meaningful info on the horizon for when they’ll be available. It isn’t the Toyota you’re used to, any more…legendary build quality, reliability, and such. They’re the same as the Big 3.


Mine has a rattle when closing the driver's door , doesn't rattle when driving . That's the only rattle / creak / noise mine has, I can live with that.
