Does the landowner know yoi are subleasing it? Ben it’s not a sublease as I’m not making a penny off this opportunity. I’m simply letting 4 guys or less hunt the property under my current lease agreement. I’ve always had partners on this lease and they are included on lease paperwork and insurance. Therefore the land owner knows who is part of the lease each year when lease is renewed.
