I agree with bama whole heartedly. I worked in melt shop at a steel mill for almost 20 years. I know all about what has happened to work ethic. And I also believe that most folks on this forum probably have raised their kids “right” but, lack of work ethic is a learned behavior just like a good work ethic is. People like to complain but fail to look in the mirror. My twins do pretty good as far as work goes but I have been much softer than my dad was a that’s my fault not theirs.
