I don't know if it's "blaming" the younger generation so much as it is just realizing what the labor pool is like. However it got there, it got there. But it is what it is. Anyone who's been at it for over 20-30 years will tell you it's undeniable. And I think Bamarich is onto something. Difficulty and sacrifice are really what makes us who we are and it's no longer looked at as such. I did not raised my children to avoid these things (they are grown now). And as I said earlier, they almost have a superpower in todays world. What used to be normal ( in regards to work ethic) is now exceptional.
