This too, will be thrown out on 1st Amendment grounds. The DOJ is nothing but a clown show. I'm still trying to figure out the 9 to 11 months of investigation over this. Does the DOJ have a contest going with the Corp of Engineers on who can drag out a simple bureaucratic process the longest?
