I love the thought of him being drug through the courts and having to spend his personal money on legal fees, but this one is probably the weakest thing that they could go after him on. I'd think there were more viable options of him lying under oath to congress and putting his hand on the scales of justice, knowingly lying on FISA applications, on and on. Dont see anything sticking on this unless the indictment/charge is just a place holder for more to come.

That's pretty nuanced. Although I'd love to see him miserable.

Given what we’ve seen so far I expect this is just to make him spend his own money on attorneys
As you pointed out there are better options to indict him for and they didn’t go with those

Hit him with indictment after indictment until he is broke. Like they did to Gen Flynn.

Those DOJ attorneys are already on the payroll getting a US govt check. Might as well use them to hopefully bankrupt Comey. We're already paying their salaries anyway so it's not really costing us a dime. That money is already going to be spent whether they go after Comey or not. It's not like they are pulling on their chains to go prosecute cases on pedophiles and crooked politicians.

Not only will nothing happen, but Kash Patel said they investigated the 8647 seashell case for 9 to 11 Months! Thats should be a crime in and of itself. Whyinthecornbreadhell should this obvious case take 9 to 11 months to investigate? Were they searching the beach for those exact seas shells?

Yep , even if it makes it to trial , very high bar to convict .

Rumors are more are coming for him and Schiff on Russiagate.

It was also filed in NC, not a DC court, so it might have a better chance of going somewhere.

I hope the POS has to spend himself into permanent bankruptcy fighting this. It’s way past time for someone on the left to be put through at least what they did to General Flynn.

Gonna have to agree on the two posts above.

This indictment is pure horseshit political theater and a waste of resources.
