I dunno. But companies bring folk in, train them and pay them as little as possible, then hire new employees, pay them more from the start and then expect the senior guy to train the new guy and make less in the process. I get that am Im sure it happens. I was coming more from the self employed, owning your own business arena. Ive been working for 40 years now and probably 30 of those years I have been self employed in some form or fashion so I don’t really have my thumb on the working for a company deal. That being said- if you want to be successful at anything in life, there is still that aspect of working your ass if and paying your dues.
