Most of the rain missed me yesterday. Hoping some more comes in this week but the forecast isn't looking promising

I do not even know what rain looks like any more. Pretty much have not got much of anything for a year. Little piss showers once or twice a month, maybe. Creek is dry again after running for a little while. It’s crazy.

Not complaining - but it has rained 3 times since my last post amd long rains. I could not do my recovery walks after lunch yesterday - rained all afternoon. Its 8:40 right now and i may get to walk late afternoon and it has rained most of the night. I want mention the other 2 rains. I guess we are getting to our usual yearly spot of the timber guys cant hardly work anymore or spotty work

Rather hav it than not hav it. Sure wish i had a big buck for all this green

Yep, it’s been nice. More rain so far in May than I had in March and April combined.

My place has been incredibly dry for close to a year.surrounding areas did better but it was like a dang rain repelling bubble was around it. Last years summer and fall plots were terrible. Right now I am working on about 6” last few days and loving it. My summer plot is too. If we get a few warm sunny days it’s gonna blow up

Rained several days this week and in a complete monsoon right now. The next 7-8 days straight show over a 50% chance here. Odd how some areas dry and we get hammered. Last 5 years plus - other than a handful of dry stints - we been very wet. I would hav high blood pressure if i was a timber guy here

This will grow some big bucks - super green
