Most of y’all already know what’s been going on with Coosa1 and his little boy, Shep. No family should have to face something like this, but especially not a kid battling liver cancer. This forum has always been more than just hunting stories and pictures — it’s a group of good people who look out for each other. Right now is one of those times we can step up. There’s a GoFundMe set up to help Coosa1 and his family with everything that comes along with this fight — medical bills, travel, time away from work, and everything in between. If you’re able to give, I know it would mean a lot to them. And if donating isn’t something you can do right now, sharing the link on your social media goes a long way too. And thank y’all to everyone who’s donated, reached out, or said a prayer for Shep. Means a lot to us, it really does.
We’re not full on struggling, but those weekly trips to Birmingham, hotel stays, food, time off work… it adds up quicker than you’d think. Being away from home that much isn’t easy either. The help definitely takes some pressure off and lets us stay focused on Shep.
We’re grateful for every bit of it — donations, shares, prayers, all of it.
